On this workshop you will use gilding and 3 dimensional butterflies to create a magical metallic card.

Pre printed Stationery boxes, with Stephanie’s help you will create a stationery box within the hour.

3D kinetic cards
We will dispel the myth on slider cards, see how easy they are to make, we will create magic slider cards using No Stamp Required on acetate and card.

Interesting effects with acetate and stamping
Stephanie will show you how and you will learn some special effects to create that Wow factor in your card making.

In this 45min Make & Take Nancy will let you into the secrets of her Fancy Fold Cards, combining a range of folds and elegant images you will create a beautiful card to take away.
Nancy Watt, renowned designer and artist is well known for her bubbly and vivacious on air personality, if you book onto one of her make and takes you will soon discover this is the real Nancy.
After 6 years as a guest at Ideal World, we have managed to entice Nancy away to host some make and takes especially for the Stitch and Creative Crafts shows. She is looking forward to sharing her expertise with you.

Margaret Beal Embroidery - Fusing Fabric
If you have never tried using heat techniques on fabric, you will be unaware of just how exciting they can be. For this workshop we shall be creating magical effects using a fine tipped soldering iron to cut, fuse and make decorative marks on fabric. The piece created will be based on traditional textile or embroidery techniques.

Knit and Relax and see the lovely fluffy bunnies on stand S2
Silkwood, creators of exclusive home produced yarns, a husband and 
wife team, producing unique handspun yarn and lustrous handpainted silk fibres, for paper making or felting. They have their own Angora rabbits, and their coats are gently clipped, and handspun into soft and fluffy yarn, in natural rabbit colours. They also offer unspun fibres for spinners. All their yarns are hand painted and hand dyed and come in a range of unrepeatable and unique colours.
Knitting Surgery
Run by Fiona Morris and designed for those who have problems understanding a pattern or technique, or have got part way through a knitting pattern but after a break don't know where they are! Visit Fiona's Knitting Surgery where help will be at hand. Book a time slot direct with Fiona when you arrive at the show.
