Create & Craft TV's Nigel May was looking forward to a great Belfast show ... and he wasn't disappointed!

I think it's true to say that Belfast is one of Nigel's favourite places to visit and he spent much of Thursday meeting and chatting with the visitors.

The recent Belfast Creative Crafts Show at The King's Hall on the 13-15 October saw busy aisles and brisk trade throughout the event. The show proved the perfect place to find all your favourite supplies and materials at special show prices. Visitors found many crafts and accessories on offer plus Workshops, Make & Takes and Features. With many exhibitors demonstrating their products on their stands visitors were able to see a product's innovative uses before buying.

There were even more things to see and do including Beading Bonanza workshops with Bead Spider and the Northern Ireland Beaders' Guild. Craft Habitat's Free Have-A-Go area proved ever popular and Debbi Moore and her Design Team brought early Christmas inspiration to the show with her fabulous workshop programme which included her exciting FREE Speedcrafting sessions. The Ulster Folk & Transort Museum provided traditional craft demonstrations throughout the day including willlow work, needle felt, goldwork, knitting, peg-loom weaving, Tiffany glass, patchwork and quilling.
