I've not received my email containing my tickets
Your email confirmation and tickets may be in your SPAM FOLDER within your email browser. If your tickets do not arrive by email please call Barry on the Ticket Hotline on 01822 617744 or email: bb@trident-exhibitions.co.uk. We can see if your purchase has been successful and resolve the email issue. Please do not make your purchase again before calling us as you may buy more tickets than you intend.

I have received my email confirmation but cannot print my tickets
If you are unable to print your tickets you can still visit the show. Simply make a note of your order number in your email confirmation and bring this with you when you arrive at the show. Come to the ticket desk when we will be able to issue your tickets.

I am unable to visit on the day my tickets are for. Can I use them on another day?
Yes, simply bring them on the day you are able to attend. They will still be valid - just present them at the door for entry to the show.

Why do you need my email address when ordering tickets online?

Your tickets will be emailed to you as a PDF file. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader (available as a FREE download from www.adobe.com) to view and print your tickets at home. When prompted it is important that you enter your email accurately in order to receive the tickets.

Can I use the AOL Browser to buy tickets?
Unfortunately if you are using AOL to access the internet then you
CANNOT use the browser within AOL to buy tickets.

Do I need to enter an Offer Code to buy tickets?
No, but an offer codes entitles you to discount ticket prices and additional offers. To benefit an Offer Code must be entered and validated when ordering tickets. Offer Codes can be found on our Promotional Leaflet mailings for each show. These are sent to previous show visitors approximately 5-6 weeks prior to the show opening date. If you wish to receive a flyer, including a discount offer code, email your name and address including postcode to: info@trident-exhibitions.co.uk indicating which show you are interested in visiting. Offer Codes can also be found on our advertisements in all the leading Craft Magazines.

The system doesn’t accept my offer code
Please ensure that you have entered the Offer Code correctly. Also, please ensure that you have selected the correct Stitch & Creative Crafts Show that you wish to book tickets for. Offer Codes can only be accepted for the relevant show they have been produced for.

Do I need to buy tickets for my children?
No. You do not need to purchase tickets for children under the age of 16 as, provided they are accompanied by an adult, they can visit the show for free.

Who qualifies as a concession?
Concessions are Senior Citizens, Disabled and Students. Carers are admitted free.
